Why use a professional tent-cleaning service?
Stretch tents are heavy, technically constructed and difficult to clean evenly without the right equipment and space. Professional care saves your team time, tackles stubborn soiling and helps protect the useful life of the fabric.
What happens when my tent arrives?
We begin with an inspection, then select a cleaning approach suited to the fabric and its condition. After washing, the tent is fully hung in our dedicated drying area, checked for remaining moisture and inspected again before it is packed.
Can you clean more than stretch tents?
Stretch tents are our speciality, but we can assess other fabric structures, including traditional marquees, pagodas, pole tents, bell tents, sailcloth and clear-span covers. Send us the specification and photographs so we can confirm suitability.
How do I get the tent to you?
You can deliver to The Imperial Barn, or speak to us about collection, return transport and courier options. The best arrangement depends on the size of the load, your location and your deadline.
How long will cleaning take?
Turnaround depends on the tent’s size, condition and the work required. We will confirm timing when we have the details, and if you are working towards an urgent event date, tell us at enquiry stage so we can advise what is achievable.
What if you find damage?
Our initial inspection looks for visible holes, tears, weakened seams and general wear. Cleaning can sometimes reveal damage hidden by dirt, mould or long-term exposure. If we uncover anything significant, we will pause and discuss the available repair options before carrying out additional work.
